Prairie Transport Underwriters LLC, 3411 Silverside Road, Tatnall Building #104, Wilmington, DE 19810, United States, provides the Hotshot Insure service. These terms apply to everyone who uses Hotshot Insure, from the first page you open.

The requirement answers explained

Federal and state rules, plus named brokers, publish the minimum limits and filings; the requirements questions, tables, and state pages present them with the source linked. They explain the rules in general terms; they do not advise you about your policy, and they do not give a quote.

What the answers are not

• No insurance is offered here; we do not sell or quote it. Your truck is quoted by an insurance agent.
• Whether you may haul is for FMCSA and your state; this is not a certificate.
• Brokers set their own limits and change them, so this is not a promise that one will accept you.
• The cost figures are averages that were published, not a price, and your premium can run higher or lower.

Requests for quotes and phone calls

When you submit your details or call, you are asking us to forward your request to an agency that writes truck policies. That agency decides if it can provide cover, and what terms it can offer. You and the insurer are the parties to any policy.

Site use rules

In your own business, you may use the broker limits CSV and the site; when you quote it, add a link back. Do not send false details, try to break its security, or run automated tools that copy the site in bulk.

Liability

The site comes as is. Within the limits of the law, Prairie Transport Underwriters LLC carries no liability when you rely on the site rather than the official rule or the wording of your insurer’s policy and suffer a loss.
